Stormwater Update Nov. 5th

This is from right after rain. Water receded to about 70% of this level.

Has been dry for 2 days. Most of the water has diminished from last post. However, drain wasn't going all the way down and the city of kirkland came out to clean it out. They stuck a vacuum down the drain and sucked out the water and immediately the water came rushing back through the 12 inch outflow pipe. Water filled up to same previous level? Indicating the outflow pipe is underwater somewhere and not set up to flow downstream? Very interesting as this has been going on since whenever the drain pipe was put in originally.
